Project Description

The project blended classic ballpark aesthetics with new premium amenities, expanded concourses, and upgraded training spaces to elevate both the game-day atmosphere and the student-athlete experience. Britt Rice Electric delivered the upgraded electrical and low-voltage systems for the renovation, installing new power distribution, lighting, and technology pathways across the enhanced ballpark.

Fan Experience Enhancements

• Classic ballpark aesthetic: Antique brick facade, refreshed exterior, and updated architectural details.
• Improved seating options: New suites, club seating, loge boxes, and dugout suites with access to premium club areas.
• Expanded amenities: Larger concourses, expanded concessions, additional restrooms, and a new team store.
• Grassy berm seating: Fan-friendly berms added along the first and third baselines.
• Enhanced press facilities: Renovated and expanded press box with modern media capabilities.
• Sustainability features: Sensor-controlled lighting and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
• Improved accessibility: Updated accommodations for fans with special needs.

Player & Coaching Facilities

• New student-athlete center: Includes a weight room, hydrotherapy room, training facilities, and sports medicine amenities.
• Modern locker rooms: Expanded player locker rooms and a dedicated team lounge.
• Coaching spaces: New offices and separate coach locker rooms.
• On-field upgrades: New dugouts, updated bullpens, and covered hitting cages to enhance training and pre-game operations.
